Partners in Prosperity Health is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to our patients.  We embrace the possibility of treatment using medications, but also believe that a comprehensive, individual approach provides best results.   We work with you to develop an integrative plan to enhance physical, mental and spiritual health so you can be your best self and perform at your optimum levels.  We believe in creating a dialogue with you, a shared vision of your future self and goals, and providing actionable, tailored improvements to fit your needs.

Partners in Prosperity Health treats a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and more.     We offer integrative ADHD treatment for adolescents and adults.    We provide consultations for performance enhancement via lifestyle and supplement-based approaches.   We provide individualized psychotherapy.    We offer specialized laboratory, metabolic, genetic and other testing and interpretation to assess health and wellness.   We provide consultation and advising services to businesses and organizations that desire to improve mental health and wellness culture or company programs.

The cost of treatment at Partners in Prosperity Health varies depending on the type of service.   We are a cash-pay only practice and payment is due at time of services rendered.    Clients will have an initial assessment and evaluation prior to being accepted as full patients to the practice.  

Although we do not bill insurance directly, we do provide clients with documentation of their visits and treatments via an itemized superbill, which can be submitted for reimbursement.   This approach allows us to focus on patient care and treatment and gives our clients additional privacy.  You choose who knows about your care.

Our visit types fall into the following categories:

1.  Initial Consultation Call with providers (15 minutes) - no cost

2.  New Client Assessment (60-90 minutes - If we decide to work together, this cost includes your first office follow up, typically scheduled at two weeks to one month after your initial assessment).  $495.00

3.  Establish Patient Follow-up Appointments - $150 (30 minute follow up) or $225 (45 minute follow up)

4.  Specialty Lab Work and Interpretation - contact the office for more details depending on your needs.

5.  Consulting - contact us for more details about ad hoc or contract services.
